Delivery Area: Our “P Water Services” is currently available exclusively in Hyderabad.

Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver orders within 24 hours from the time of booking. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as traffic conditions, weather disruptions, or unforeseen delays.

Delivery Charges: “P Water Services” does not charge any additional delivery fees for orders within the Hyderabad region.

Delivery Process:

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, our team will prepare the water cans for delivery to refill.
• The delivery team will contact the customer if required to ensure seamless handover.
• Deliveries are carried out manually by our trained staff.

Failed Delivery Attempts: In case of a failed delivery attempt due to the customer’s unavailability or incorrect address, our team will make one additional attempt. If delivery still cannot be completed, the order will be considered unfulfilled, and refund will be issued.
